New Low Cost Surface Mount "Chip LED" Style LEDs
Dialight has expanded its microLED® offering of surface mount (SMD) LEDs with the introduction of our chip LED style 598 series. These devices are available in 10 different package configurations, each with a wide selection of LED options including the latest InGaN and AlInGaP technologies. They are lead-free and RoHs compliant with a MSR (Moisture Sensitivity Rating) of 3. Packaging options includes prototype strips of 20 pieces each and 7” reels for production runs. Please refer to our 597 series product for PLCC style packages.
